- IP address and general location (state/city in Malaysia) derived from the IP address.

Payment Information
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). logototo does not store credit or debit card numbers directly. Payments via FPX and Touch 'n Go are processed by payment service providers that comply with Malaysia's financial security standards. We only retain transaction records (amount, date, payment method, status) for account and customer support purposes.

Logototo uses collected information solely for legitimate purposes directly related to platform operations. The primary uses of your data are:
- Account Management: Creating, verifying, and securing user accounts.
- Transaction Processing: Verifying deposits and withdrawals in RM and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Customer Support: Responding to enquiries, resolving technical issues, and handling complaints.

- Passwords are stored in hashed form — we do not store passwords in plain text and cannot view your account password.

- Data is stored on servers protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
User account data is retained for the duration the account remains active, plus three years after account closure, in line with Malaysia's financial compliance requirements. Data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted.

Logototo does not share users' personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. However, there are limited circumstances where data sharing is necessary:
- Payment Processors: FPX and Touch 'n Go providers receive the transaction details necessary to process deposits and withdrawals. They are bound by confidentiality agreements and financial security standards.
- Legal Authorities: logototo will disclose user information when required by court order, Malaysian law enforcement authorities, or relevant financial regulatory bodies.
- Technical Service Providers: Technical infrastructure providers (such as cloud services) that process data on our behalf, subject to strict data processing agreements.
In all of the above cases, only the minimum required information will be shared, and recipients are bound by enforceable confidentiality obligations.
