Logototo Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the logototo platform by Malaysian users. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the logototo platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

To use the logototo platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age prescribed under applicable Malaysian law.
  • Registering using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
  • Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
  • Not acting on behalf of another person or company when using your personal account.

Logototo reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user who fails to meet these eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the logototo platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without refund of any existing balance.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account username and password confidential.
  • Ensuring no third party accesses your account without authorisation.
  • Notify the logototo support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ensuring all your profile information is accurate and updated whenever changes occur.

Logototo shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the logototo platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Deposits: Deposits are processed almost instantly upon bank confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the user account.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days to the registered Malaysian bank account. The bank account name must match the name of the platform account holder.
  • Identity Verification: logototo reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit, in compliance with financial regulatory requirements.
  • Failed Transactions: If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of your bank transaction.

Logototo does not charge any hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods. Any applicable bank charges remain the responsibility of the user.

4. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

When using the logototo platform, users agree not to:

  • Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
  • Uploading or submitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, or defamatory toward others.
  • Using your logototo account for any money laundering or illegal activity financing purposes.
  • Sharing your login credentials with others or selling account access to any third party.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, freezing of any existing balance, and where necessary, legal action against the user involved.

5. Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The logototo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a continuous and stable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will operate free from interruptions, errors, or viruses.

Logototo shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or issues with the user's device.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by the user.
  • Any inaccuracies in game information, sports schedules, or results displayed on the platform.
  • Actions or content from third parties linked through this platform.

Logototo's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

Logototo reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by a relevant authority. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the support team via email. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the logototo platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of logototo or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The logototo platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Logototo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
